I haven't actually read 699-700, but I think the concept of Otto taking over Spidey's identity is interesting. There's a serious creep factor involved and I do hope they handle that carefully (especially where Mary-Jane is concerned!!). That said, I really hope that it works out for good, that Peter's memories can serve as a way to bring Otto back from evil. Otto is a great nemesis for Peter because he is the 'turn left' version- very similar types of characters who were suddenly granted great power and went different ways with it- Peter for good, for responsibility, Otto for evil and personal gain. It will be interesting to see how Otto reacts to having those memories and ideas of using his abilities for good.
